CRNA Locum - Samaritan Albany General Hospital

ANESTHESIA NEEDS:
Shifts:
8-10 hour weekday OR shifts + call (Albany)
10 hour shifts + call (Corvallis)
Weekday Call is 12 hours starting at 1500
Weekend Call: Friday at 1500 through Monday at 0700
Call Details
Call back volume is low and call is from home. Most nights not working past 9pm, with occasional call back for epidurals. For full time staff average one night a week one weekend a month. No set rotation. (Albany)

SITE DETAILS:
Mostly Inpatient Setting - 75% Inpatient/25% Outpatient
Patient Load: 
Albany/Lebanon: 1-5
Corvallis: 1-5 in main OR, GI room can be up to 10
All care by CRNAs is provided in an independent practice model. Ratio of CRNAs to physicians varies day to day
EMR: Epic
Pediatric and Adult - No Neonatal
Procedures:
General, Sedation, Vent Management, Surgical Cases, Obstetrical Cases, Vascular Surgery Cases, Orthopedic Cases, Spinal Block, Epidural, Nerve Block, Intravenous Regional Anesthesia, Arterial Line, Central Line, Regional Anesthesia
Facility would prefer candidates with full time availability, but will may consider some with 2 weeks per month of availability. 
No Cardiac Coverage Needed
Will cover travel expenses
13 Anesthetizing Locations at Corvallis
6 Anesthetizing Locations at Albany
2 Anesthetizing Locations at Lebanon
MDAs - They are mostly at Corvallis.  There are a couple physicians who cover both Albany and Lebanon.
Will also consider candidates that only want to work at one location. Corvallis is the biggest need right now. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 1 year of CRNA experience
Must be willing to get CSR
Oregon license
CV/Resume
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Board Certification
